Ingredients + Directions

Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies: Organic unbleached all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, dried cranberries, baking soda, ground cinnamon, organic rolled oats, dark chocolate chips (vegan-friendly), salt, brown sugar.

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a cookie sheet with a silicone liner or parchment paper.

2. Transfer contents of the jar to a large bowl and mix gently and thoroughly.

3. In a medium bowl, mix 3/4 cup of of softened plant-based butter, 2 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of plant based milk or water. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix just until combined.

4. Roll the dough into 1.5 inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet with enough room for expansion during baking.

5. Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until the edges are light golden brown. Do not overcook. Remove from oven and let rest on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

2. If making vegan, mix 1 tbsp of ground flax with 3 tbsp of water and set aside.

3. In a large bowl, add 1 large egg (or your flax egg if vegan), 1/2 cup of softened unsalted dairy- or plant-based butter, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

4. Add the dry ingredients from the jar in to the wet ingredients and mix well until just combined.
