Organic short grain brown rice.
To cook: Rinse rice thoroughly. Transfer rice to a pot with a tightfitting lid and add 1 3/4 cups of water and 1 tbsp oil or butter for every 1 cup of rice. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover, and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and, without removing lid, allow to steam for 10 minutes. Remove lid and fluff with a fork before serving.
